Key Account Manager

Motion Asia Pacific – a leading provider of innovative fluid power solutions dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to diverse industries through a clear 2027 growth strategy.

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Richlands. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their fluid power needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts within the fluid power sector.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of clients’ operations and challenges to recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, engineering and service for a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase revenue.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.

Who Are You

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or a similar role.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Previous experience working with specialised industrial products, such as hoses, fittings or hydraulic components (highly desirable).
  • Computer literate with a good grasp of CRM systems and Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous but not essential.
  • Self‑motivated with a problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
