Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors .
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using Sarens' state-of-the-art engineering capabilities.
  • Lead the development of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and deliver presentations with impact to showcase our expertise.
  • Monitor and drive sales KPIs .
  • Represent Sarens at industry events , trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within transport, logistics, or heavy lifting .
  • Strong understanding of technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specs) and proposal development.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills , with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
  • An ambitious proactive approach to drive for excellence.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
  • Eligible to work in Australia .
