Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building and strengthening client relationships? IC Integrity is seeking an experienced and passionate Key Account Manager to join our team in Perth, WA.

About the Role:

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will position IC Integrity’s solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market growth.

This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and good relationship-building skills to deliver suitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

·Act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent and professional client experience.

·Deliver annual sales targets, contributing to IC Integrity’s overall growth strategy.

·Develop and execute effective Key Account Management (KAM) plans, including competitor analysis, market insights, cross selling opportunities and account strategies.

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipelines and client plans using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Pipedrive).

·Conduct regular client review meetings, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience.

·Deliver engaging technical presentations and proposals, demonstrating how IC Integrity’s solutions meet client needs.

·Collaborate with technical and operation teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

·Represent IC Integrity professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, contributing to the company’s visibility and market intelligence.

About You:

·Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills, with experience influencing across a variety of levels.

·Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

·Initiative, resilience, and drive to achieve results with a self-starter attitude.

·Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools.

Requirements:

·Unlimited working rights within Australia

·Proven track record in Key Account Management or Business Development, and strong familiarity with the entire sales lifecycle.

·Willingness to travel, based on client sites and market territories.

·Experience working with CRM systems and IT tools.

·Demonstrable commitment to company values, HSEQ standards, and continuous learning.

·Degree-level education (preferred, but not essential).
