About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with Colleges and Universities. The role focuses on driving revenue through consultative selling, account mining, and delivering high-impact digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and key client relationships with Colleges and Universities within the assigned territory
  • Achieve sales targets through account mining, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing solutions
  • Monitor campaign execution and analyze performance to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with key stakeholders including:
  • Counselors, Marketing Managers, Admissions Heads
  • Marketing Heads, Deans, Vice Chancellors, Chairpersons, and Admission Directors
  • Conduct regular business reviews and data analysis to drive long-term partnerships
  • Enhance clients' brand visibility and digital presence using:
  • SEMrush, Google Ads
  • Email & SMS marketing
  • Advertising via CL Media portals

Required Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident in delivering impactful presentations to senior client leadership
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think on the spot and effectively handle client queries and objections
