Job Summary

Cybrox Secure Systems is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) – IT Networking & Cybersecurity to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The role involves driving revenue growth through consultative selling of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise sales experience, a solid understanding of networking and security technologies, and the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Own and manage assigned strategic enterprise accounts across networking and cybersecurity portfolios
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial, solution, and engagement-related discussions
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to drive customer growth, retention, and wallet share

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling of IT networking and security solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into closures
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and margin targets
  • Lead large deal negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures

Solution Selling & Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity posture
  • Position and sell solutions including (but not limited to):
  • Network Switching & Routing
  • Wireless & SD-WAN
  • Firewalls, Endpoint Security, SASE, and Zero Trust solutions
  • Network & Security Management Platforms
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Participate in joint account planning and vendor-driven opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to vendor programs, certifications, and sales processes

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Track deal progress, customer engagements, renewals, and expansions
  • Provide regular market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT sales, enterprise sales, or key account management
  • Strong background in networking and cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience working with large enterprises and/or government accounts

Technical & Business Skills

  • Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

  • CCNA / CCNP / Security+
