Job Description
The Key Account Manager has direct responsibility for key customer relations. The role reports directly to the Sr Key Account Manager and is accountable for meeting sales targets, maximizing retail space and handling administrative duties. The individual maintains and grows relationships with key retailers and partners, and serves as the point person for all aspects of the customer relations and sales process. They must be an expert on the vendor’s brand and product line, be familiar with competitive products, industry trends, and the retail environment.
