Key Account Manager

Highlights: Candidate will manage a key customer account & develop new ones; wide-ranging job scope comprising client service, new product development, supply chain & logistics

Company background: ACUITUS is a Consultancy and Distributor in the Solar Energy sector, as well as a Distributor of adhesives in the Home Appliances sector

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact window for customers, maintain customer relationships
• Inquire about, listen to and understand customers' business situation (e.g. product mix, production capability and capacity, potential demand and production plan, technical/quality/other problems and pain points)
• Receive customer inquiries, find solutions and communicate them to the customer
• Promote products from our portfolio, craft offers sales proposals for customers, solicit and receive orders from customers
