Driven – Strategic – Relationship Builder

As Key Account Manager in Egypt, you’ll own and grow relationships with Sarens’ most important clients. You’ll identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure flawless project execution. Your role is critical in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and delivering engineered solutions that live up to our promise: Nothing Too Heavy, Nothing Too High.

Your job in a nutshell:

  • Manage and develop strategic accounts in the heavy lifting and transport sector.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate closely with the regional commercial team.

    Required:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with contract management and budgeting.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Valid driving license
  • 5 years of experience a similar position in construction/crane or heavy equipment
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent ) 
  • Preferred:

  • Knowledge of crane rental or heavy lifting industry.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Exposure to project-based environments.
