Job Description

The Regional Manager must capture sales in his/her region to ensure the fulfillment of the annual sales and orders goal with the minimum margins defined by the Organization, through the penetration of strategic markets and the development of new markets for the products of our HCS, ECM and Ligthing portfolio through the commercial channels assigned to his/her region.
**In this role, your responsibilities will be**
- Define the commercial strategy and Go To Market for your region aligned with the commercial strategy of the country and LATAM
- Meet order, sales and margin targets for FY24.
- Management of current channels, and coordinating commercial activities such as:
- Negotiating together with each Channel the quotas prior to the signing of the annual contract.
- Supervising performance metrics based on channel type.
- Quarterly follow-up of annual rebates and returns per channel that apply.
- Review of inventory and stock rotation of the channels.
