Job Description :
Account ManagementManage and grow relationships with key customers in the cooling product sector.Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical queries.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company strategy.Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the cooling/HVAC segment.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.Provide feedback and insights to support product development and innovation.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Coordinate with finance and legal departments for contracts, credit control, and compliance.
Job Requirements :
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
(MBA is a plus.)Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.Prior experience in the cooling systems, refrigeration, or HVAC industry is highly preferred.Skills:Strong understanding of technical cooling products and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel as needed.
