Key Account Manager Direct Retailers Europe (m/w/d)
**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER DIRECT RETAILERS EUROPE**
**AMSTERDAM**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will beresponsible for business sustainability and annual targets.
**Your main focus:**
**Business Management Ownership (ca. 35% of daily time):**
+ Own and execute the commercial plan for long term customer development and grow Coty market share with a European picture in mind. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets without jeopardizing business of other countries.
+ Define and negotiate in-and-out listings, volumes, and net pricing with retail partners.
+ Develop and manage joint business plans (JBPs) that maximize sell-in and sell-out while aligning with overall trade strategy.
