Responsibilities

  • Understand Retail KA's needs and requirements in regard to robotic and digitalized cleaning operation solutions;
  • Identify the decision-making process and key stakeholders in Retail KA's organization;
  • Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major Retail KA and the company;
  • Strategically consult key stakeholders with pertinent value propositions to create demands and manage expectations;
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with executives for terms, pricing, services and long-term partnership;
  • Act as the main point of contact of KA to drive and collaborate with external and internal teams including sales, product solution, service, R&D, marketing and distributor(s) to ensure all KA needs are met and continuously improve customer success;
