**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and strategically develop key accounts within the assigned sales territory
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers at decision-maker and C-level
+ Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value
+ Develop and execute account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration
+ Support customer acquisition and the expansion of market presence through targeted strategies
+ Deliver sales presentations, manage pipelines, and effectively utilize CRM systems
+ Oversee the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract closure
+ Contribute to revenue forecasting and ensure consistent growth of customer pipelines
**Requirements**
+ Degree in a technical or business field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration
+ Several years of experience in key account management or B2B sales of complex, technical products
+ Strong technical understanding, ideally in test & measurement, electronics, or industrial environments
+ Proven track record in building and growing strategic customer accounts
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
+ Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
+ Very good German and English language skills
+ Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
