    Role Summary:

    Group Funds

  • Explore and seek business opportunities in Large and Medium Corporates Group Funds – Retirals-Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashments, Benevolence schemes etc
  • Cross sell Group Funds to existing Group Life customers and leveraging Banca/ Agency team
  • Business development through direct or intermediaries

  • Key Result Areas
  • Create sales funnel of large & medium (MSME) companies, Group Funds
  • Interact with and present Tata AIA Life capabilities with the Trustees and the Trust admin team
  • Approach and convert existing client contacts towards Tata AIA Life Group Funds
  • Interact and engage with Group Annuity/NPS SPOCs and generate business for Group Funds and Annuity
  • Make presentations to Trustees, engage in discussions and provide advice / solutions to Trustees
  • Keep oneself updated on capital market developments, latest Government regulations, legal documentation, IRDAI compliances and other critical aspects of Group Funds Management
  • Track client investments, sales activities, and maintain sales calls reports. Track competition, Relationship with regional Banca & agency teams
  • Proactive engagement with clients with regards their portfolio, aligning with the Investments team
  • Collect and share market information on product, pricing, processes and overall solutions
  • Reporting and maintaining MIS

    · Direct B2B Sales / Key Account Management

    · Exposure to sale of fund products in Mutual Funds
