Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely vehicle and equipment deployment
- Support quotations, rate negotiations, and work order closures
- Track account performance, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Resolve client issues and ensure high service satisfaction
What Weβre Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in logistics/transportation/project cargo
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills
- Understanding of ODC / project logistics is preferred
- Good commercial and communication skills
