Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients
• Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely vehicle and equipment deployment
• Support quotations, rate negotiations, and work order closures
• Track account performance, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Resolve client issues and ensure high service satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in logistics/transportation/project cargo
• Strong client-handling and coordination skills
• Understanding of ODC / project logistics is preferred
• Good commercial and communication skills
