About the Role
:
The Assistant Manager - Key Accounts is responsible for managing existing customers and winning new ones. The person will report to the National Key Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Manage existing customers (Account Management) i) Customer retention
ii) Annual contract renewal with price increase
iii) Collection / DSO management
iv) Up-selling
New Business Development Work with branches in delivering excellent customer service Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services Improve customer profitability / margins Support the service team by providing client feedback Attend to other work-related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time...
