Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts, building and


maintaining strong, long-term relationships.


Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.


Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.


Sales Execution: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Lead


negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.


Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance and key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends,


challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development,


and Customer Support to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.


Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and effectively,


ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.


Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to


senior management


Qualifications:


• Education: MBA from a good B-School.


• Experience: 4-5 years of experience.


Skills:


• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.


• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
