(Key Accounts Manager) – BPO / Education Consulting

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a BPO or customer-facing environment

Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum + attractive commissions and performance bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) to join our growing education consulting team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client handling within a BPO or customer service setup, excellent communication skills, and an interest in sales and relationship management.

You will play a key role in guiding British and European students (aged 25–55) who aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.
