Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers to increase revenue and customer loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure client requirements are met
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
  • Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline
  • Maintain accurate account records and activities using CRM tools
