Career Hollic is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive lead conversion, onboard new dealers, and manage strong dealer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales focus, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful business opportunities

Onboard new dealers and guide them through the platform

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Conduct tele-calling and follow-ups to ensure lead closure

Maintain accurate data and reports using CRM systems and MS Excel

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or inside sales
