Job Preference


Required Qualification : - MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Highly Preferred


Required Experience : - 4 – 8 Year (Min. 2-3 Yr working as Team Leader Role need to apply)


Age Preference :- Not more than 35 Year


Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred

Professional Knowledge Requirement

  • In depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution;

  • Must have an experience to handle Retailers and high efficiency to engage with high level clients/retailers;

  • Sales & trend analysis skills for advance planning and forecast of business;

  • Prepare business Improvement & Investment plan for measurable growth within time frame or designed project;

  • Engage the clients/retailers based on their area of interest & improve the business share/condition for future growth;

  • Arrange the best resources for development of the client/business;

  • Market visit for competition awareness, meeting with clients to achieve goal or provide solution (if any challenge);

  • Ensure good supply management & advance planning to avoid shortage;

  • Awareness of product category wise sales of key accounts and plan for upgradation;

  • Prepare Brands wise sales analysis of Key retailers and prepare strategy to improve vivo share;

  • Analyse client’s brand preference and persuade him to increase vivo share;

  • Good resource management skills to prevent any situation and maximize the output.

  • Excellent Communication (Verbal Vs Written)

  • Positive Attitude to deliver at High Pressure working environment

  • Microsoft Savvy (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook etc.)

  • Critical Thinking & Problem solving attitude
