Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role combines strategic account management with proactive sales activities to drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Address and resolve key clients’ complaints.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet key clients’ needs.
