About the RoleNextec Drycon is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow its strategic relationship with Larsen & Toubro (L&T). This role focuses on key account management, specification sales, technical coordination, and business development across L&T projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with L&T HQ stakeholders (design, procurement, engineering, projects)
- Act as the single point of contact for Nextec Drycon at L&T
- Drive inclusion of Nextec systems in specifications and BOQs
- Identify upcoming L&T projects across buildings, infrastructure, data centers, and industrial segments
- Support pre-tender and tender-stage technical discussions
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and sales teams
- Build relationships with consultants and PMC teams
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of B2B sales or key account experience
- Exposure to construction materials or building systems
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Handle a national strategic key account early in your career
