The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships that are critical to the company's long-term success. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue, improve retention, and expand product or service adoption.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the commercial activities in their assigned key accounts supporting EVS growth strategy.
  • Manage and identify business opportunities within Key Accounts.
  • Coordinate customer requirements analysis to propose most adequate EVS's solutions in collaboration with Project Managers, Solar and M&S Team
  • Build commercial proposals and negotiate major or long-term deals
  • Build a thorough knowledge of EVS' solutions/services as well as from the competition
