About the Role


We are looking for a City Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead supply and demand execution for Cabs,

Auto, and Bike Taxi in the city. This role is responsible for end-to-end supply growth, with a focus on

new supply generation, vendor governance, and funnel quality improvement..


The KAM will also work cross-functionally to activate demand levers, improve trip growth, and drive

reliability through localized strategies. A strong analytical mindset is key, as the role requires generating

actionable city-level insights, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying structural or tactical

opportunities that can unlock growth.


Success in this role will require operational rigor, strong stakeholder management (internal and external),

and the ability to lead on-ground execution while delivering measurable business impact.
