Role Context:
As Plum continues to scale across marketplaces, this role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth, visibility, and profitability on key platforms. The Key Account Manager will work at the intersection of revenue, execution, and partnerships, owning marketplace performance while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Core Mandate
To own and grow assigned marketplace accounts by driving topline growth, improving contribution margins, and ensuring best-in-class execution across visibility, availability, and consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own business performance and P&L for assigned marketplaces
- Drive GMV growth through assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and visibility levers
