Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing key account relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 corporate/enterprise sales experience in Telecom, IT or High Tech Solutions
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning
  • Account Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in managing Key Accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
