Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing key account relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- At least 5 corporate/enterprise sales experience in Telecom, IT or High Tech Solutions
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning
- Account Management and Customer Service
- Experience in managing Key Accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
