Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and ensure consistent communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to maximize account value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and maintain client satisfaction levels.
  • Develop strategies for account growth and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers.


Requirements

  • Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in key account management, client management, or sales roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are required to maintain and grow accounts.
  • Ability to understand client business objectives, identify solutions, and deliver value is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills are necessary for working with multiple internal teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously is important.
  • Basic understanding of reporting, CRM, and account management processes is required.
