  • Communication with local vendors, CHA, CFS and Local Transporter
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports for clients and senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships.
