Job Summary
Anonet is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow B2 B accounts, with a strong focus on Internet Leased Line (ILL), Point-to-Point (P2 P), and related connectivity solutions.
The role involves end-to-end account ownership, revenue growth, customer relationship management, and coordination with pre-sales, provisioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned B2 B key accounts.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers for all commercial and service-related matters.
- Drive sales of ILL, P2 P and related ISP solutions.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle including lead conversion, pricing, negotiation, contract closure, and renewals.
- Ensure timely order processing, provisioning, and service activation by coordinating with internal teams.
- Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and billing accuracy.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high CSAT.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare periodic MIS, forecasts, and account review reports.

- Basic understanding of SLAs, latency, uptime, and bandwidth commitments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in B2 B Telecom / ISP sales or Key Account Management
- Prior experience with ILL & P2 P sales is mandatory
- Telecom / ISP certifications or enterprise sales exposure will be an added advantage
