<p>Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Project Sales.<br/><br/> Should have experience in architectural hardware products.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities.<br/><br/> Business Development & Revenue Growth:<br/><br/>- Generate project-based sales for architectural hardware solutions through proactive market reach from the Defined Key Accounts.<br/><br/>- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.<br/><br/>- Identify new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and project procurement teams.<br/><br/> Key Account & Relationship Management:<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top Builders Company, architects, interior designers, PMCs, developers, and major contractors.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.<br/><br/>- Ensure continuous engagement and brand recall among decision makers.<br/><br/>- Continuous Travelling among the Key Accounts Place for Orders Generation, Demonstration / Samplings, Business Meetings, etc. and Factory visits whenever required for Key Clients.<br/><br/> Project Management:<br/><br/>- Track project pipelines from lead generation to closing and execution.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Logistics, Operations, Technical) for smooth fulfillment.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely quotations, project BOQs, and product negotiations.<br/><br/>- Monitor competition activities and provide market intelligence.<br/><br/> Technical Support & Product Expertise:<br/><br/>- Provide technical guidance on product selection based on project specifications.<br/><br/>- Understand architectural drawings, hardware applications, and project site requirements.<br/><br/>- Conduct trainings and product demos for partners and clients.<br/><br/> Channel Coordination:<br/><br/>- Collaborate with distributors/dealers where routing is required.<br/><br/>- Support channel partners in large project conversions where KAM required local Support.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely order execution and payment follow-up as per company policy.<br/><br/> Reporting & Documentation:<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain updated MIS, CRM entries, funnel reports, and project trackers.<br/><br/>- Submit weekly reports, forecasts, and monthly business updates.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to company compliance, pricing policy, and documentation standards.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
