- Map customer organization and all products within the domain.
- Execute customer relationship management strategies as per plan.
- Handle customer/internal escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Influence and inspire internal teams to achieve customer-specific goals.
2. Market & Customer Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to win new business and achieve profitable growth.
- Map key customer vitals including potential, competition, and future models.
- Monitor customer technology trends and define product strategy.
- Lead pre-selling activities like technical seminars and innovation events.
