    Job Description

  • Manage relationships with all major Quick Commerce platforms
  • Own and deliver PnL for the Quick Commerce channel.
  • Drive listing, availability, and visibility across platforms.
  • Optimize ad spends and ROAS across accounts.
  • Lead cataloging, content accuracy, and promotional strategy.
  • Ensure channel growth and market share gains.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce, preferably with a recent or emerging brand in Beauty & Personal Care.
  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • Strong understanding of platform dynamics and consumer behavior in Q-commerce.
  • Existing relationships with category teams in Q-com organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage PnL, ad performance, and inventory.
  • Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
