1) Ensure full account transparency by gathering customer and competitor intelligence data as inputs for understanding strategic intent of the Account and its key priorities and business goals.
2) Develop the strategy, resulting business plan and orchestrate the execution
3) Leverage value creation/capturing opportunities.
4) Develop deep relationships, trust and gravitas at all levels of the organization internally and externally within the Account organization.
