Chobani is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Away From Home (AFH) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the foodservice industry, and a passion for building trusted relationships while driving profitable growth.


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and developing Chobani’s AFH business, including selling the full Chobani portfolio into both new and established travel and hospitality accounts. You will report to the Senior National Account Manager and serve as a key member of the AFH Field Sales Team.

Responsibilities


• Develop and execute strategic sales plan designed to exceed sales targets and expand market share within assigned region and segment.
• Proactively identify and prioritize new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry engagement.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at travel and hospitality accounts.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to sold, including product presentations, contract negotiations, and securing commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform innovative go-to-market strategies and enhance the customer experience.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of CPG sales experience, including foodservice account management, corporate or national account management, and distribution experience.
• Experience with travel/hospitality accounts strongly preferred.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Positive and results-driven mindset with a focus on ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly customer-focused, with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both internal and external audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of foodservice market dynamics, competitors, and emerging customer strategies.
• Willingness to travel 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
