Key Account Management & Business Development Manage and grow relationships with assigned operator and retail key accounts (e.g., chain stores, online retail platforms, 3C channels) Identify and onboard new KA partners; lead negotiations and contract signings Develop annual and quarterly account plans and ensure achievement of sales targets at each stage
Sales Target Management Break down company sales goals into executable targets and plans for each client Track Sell-in and Sell-out performance, identify issues and implement improvement actions Co-plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost retail sell-out and brand share
