We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Sales (IT Infrastructure)


About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Sales with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Solution Selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and closing large enterprise deals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales & business development for IT infrastructure and solutions
  • Identify and evaluate new market and business opportunities
  • Key Account Management and handling large corporate clients
  • Deal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Managing corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships
  • Retention, enhancement, and deepening of existing client relationships
  • Implement defined marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collect competitor intelligence and market insights
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, including CXO-level stakeholders (CTO/CIO)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5+ years of experience in direct sales / key account management
  • Strong experience in selling IT Infrastructure solutions, including:
  • Servers & Storage
  • Networking & Security Solutions
  • Data Center & System Integration
  • Mobility & Cloud Computing Solutions
  • Preferred background from System Integrators (SI) or OEMs such as IBM, Dell, HP, Acer, Apple
  • Proven ability to handle large enterprise accounts and high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and result-driven mindset
