About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Sales with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Solution Selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & business development for IT infrastructure and solutions
- Identify and evaluate new market and business opportunities
- Key Account Management and handling large corporate clients
- Deal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Managing corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships
- Retention, enhancement, and deepening of existing client relationships
- Implement defined marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collect competitor intelligence and market insights
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, including CXO-level stakeholders (CTO/CIO)

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5+ years of experience in direct sales / key account management
- Strong experience in selling IT Infrastructure solutions, including:
- Servers & Storage
- Networking & Security Solutions
- Data Center & System Integration
- Mobility & Cloud Computing Solutions
- Preferred background from System Integrators (SI) or OEMs such as IBM, Dell, HP, Acer, Apple
- Proven ability to handle large enterprise accounts and high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions
- Proactive, team-oriented, and result-driven mindset
