The Challenges


As the driving force behind revenue and margin growth for your customer accounts, you will:

  • Lead Revenue and Margin Growth: Take ownership of achieving and surpassing business metrics such as EBIT and working capital, ensuring sustained financial success within your accounts.

  • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement Key Account Management Plans to boost short-term and long-term EBIT, optimize working capital, and solidify customer relationships.

  • Manage Customer Agreements: Oversee and enhance customer service agreements, ensuring that contractual performance KPIs, including cost savings, are consistently met and exceeded.

  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain seamless daily operations, including up-to-date pricing and smooth communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
