**About the Role**
- In this opportunity as a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will:
- Identifies the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel.
- Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography.
- Validates customer needs, shapes product plans, and drives deals to close
- Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
- Focuses on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
- Possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engages Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.
- Understands specific customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
- Uses an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
