Key responsibilities:
Sales Revenue generation though Strategic customers / rate contract and New Business DevelopmentKey Account Management & sales agreement for MSA business.Maintain good Relations with Customers and update of Relationship Matrix.Lead generation, covering & maintaining opportunities in CRM, Idea screening submissionCollect and collate market information on competitionClose working with customer support and distributionBusiness Wins, Contracts, Booking & coordination of inclusion in long term planSetting escalators, negotiate price revisions / Commodity with corporate customers and rate contracts.Track opportunities prepare opportunity pipeline in CRM.MIS data, Sales data, analysis, SOB data generation, Sales Trend Analysis. Customer Folder maintenance, PresentationsBusiness Plan/ Strategic Planning / Updating of new projects in plan, Support in PlanningSales Promotion (Advertisement, Brand building) and Marketing activities like organizing Technical seminars at end-customer and participate in Exhibition,Coordination with Sales team and distributors for strategic accounts and monitoring sales through them.Education Qualification:
B.E. (Mechanical / electrical) with overall 7-10 years of experience of handling corporate accounts, Rate Agreements with companies and run special programs specially to rope in Large End users Technical Competence & Skills:
Strong hold on value selling conceptEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levelsStrong commercial acumen and experience in direct salesStrong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skillsStrong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies through product-driven training programsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & CRMLeadership Competence:
Strategic Thinking SkillsDecision making capabilitiesAggressive and assertiveNegotiation, Motivational & Influential skillsRelevant Experience:
7-10 years experience in Infrastructure or Mining SectorKey Account Management experience is a mustOthers (% of travel, language, etc.):
Geographically knowledge of the region and willingness to travel 60% of timeStrong hold on English, Hindi and Gujarati or Marathi. Knowledge on any other regional language will be a plus point
