Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Support & Implementation who will own post-sales success for assigned customers. This role combines implementation, support, and relationship management, ensuring customers get value from Hajiri and continue using it long-term.

You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for key accounts and act as the bridge between customers, product, tech, and internal teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Own post-sales onboarding & implementation for key accounts
  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers
  • Configure attendance methods, shifts, rules & users
  • Handle L1/L2 support queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention & product adoption
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product & Tech teams
