Job Description

The Junior Key Account / Customer Development Manager position is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth for Mars business customers. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships and deliver best executed customer plans with keen focus on: revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Business Administration preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within FMCG / CPG industries.
Prior Retail Account Management experience.
Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system
Availability to travel 10% of time with a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
