This role serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions while aligning accounting strategies with broader business objectives. The Key Accounts manager is tasked with deepening client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and value, thereby maximizing revenue retention and expansion.
