Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Personal Relationship Officer. The role involves managing and nurturing professional relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored service solutions, addressing client queries effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities for business growth, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining records of client interactions.
