Overview

Responsible for the business breakthrough in Mid-High segment of In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify or analyze different customers’ requirements, procurement processes for high-segment customers, and perform competition analysis in each business segment.
  • Develop or grow business on new or existing Key Customers (Accounts) per region by thoroughly understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels.
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and address complaints to maintain trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
