We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic Business Plans services to residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales teams to consistently hit and exceed targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
