Key Accounts Development Controller (UAE National Only) — Emirates Global Sales role focused on developing key account relationships and providing data to support management decisions. Job Purpose: At Emirates, our Global Sales team is fundamental in ensuring we put our customers first by maximizing our value proposition as a brand. This team is responsible for managing relationships with our partners, customers, and account holders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the evaluation and implementation of global/regional approaches, ensuring all relevant data is sourced through effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including outstation sales teams and Pricing.
  • Develop, maintain, and update a database of policy documents/guidelines and all relevant company information from all key stakeholders to assist the completion of RFPs to an accurately high standard.
