Responsible for delivering sales growth, executing joint business plans, and managing strong relationships with key retail chains.



+ To handle directly served customers

+ Implement annual Account Development Plans / JBPs and achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key retailers.

+ Coordinate and execute sales and promotional activities with distributors or retail partners.

+ Conduct regular market visits to monitor merchandising and promotional execution.

+ Gather market insights and competitor information for planning and improvements.
