Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and business growth within the HORECA and hospitality segment.
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing hotel, resorts and restaurant partners across Goa.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups.
- Ensuring product placement, visibility, and repeat orders across partner accounts.
- Executing brand and trade activation plans to drive usage and conversions.
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Ensuring timely reporting, data tracking, and account management discipline.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in HORECA or institutional sales.
- Proven success in onboarding and managing hotel partners.
- Strong industry network and local connects within the Goa hospitality ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
