Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Driving sales and business growth within the HORECA and hospitality segment.

  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing hotel, resorts and restaurant partners across Goa.

  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups.

  • Ensuring product placement, visibility, and repeat orders across partner accounts.

  • Executing brand and trade activation plans to drive usage and conversions.

  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

  • Ensuring timely reporting, data tracking, and account management discipline.


 


Requirements:



  • Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in HORECA or institutional sales.

  • Proven success in onboarding and managing hotel partners.

  • Strong industry network and local connects within the Goa hospitality ecosystem.

  • Excellent relationship management, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

  • Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
